How do I redeem a code I received?+

Sign in, open Settings → Redeem Code, paste the code, and click Redeem. Credits are added instantly and shown on the same page.

How many free credits do I get on signup?+

5 AI Interview credits and 2 GD Room credits. Use them up? Ask your administrator for a redeem code or upgrade to Pro.

Why does my AI interview need camera + microphone access?+

The AI evaluator scores you on speech clarity, posture, and gaze attentiveness. Without camera/mic, the report is incomplete. We never share or sell this footage.

Can I retake a mock interview?+

Yes. Each retake consumes a fresh AI Interview credit and produces a separate report you can compare against past attempts.

What's the difference between Mock Interview and GD Room?+

Mock Interview is one-on-one with the AI for a role you're targeting. GD Room simulates a live group discussion with AI co-participants — you practise leadership, structure, and turn-taking.

I forgot my password — what do I do?+

On the login page click “Forgot password?” and follow the email reset link. The link expires in 30 minutes.

I'm still stuck+

Click the Tech Support chat bubble on any page — the AI assistant resolves most issues within a minute and escalates to a human if needed.
