Privacy Policy

When you sign up for Prepzo we store your name, email, and any profile details you choose to add (university, degree, target roles, social links). During mock interviews and group discussions we capture audio, video, and screen recordings used solely to grade your performance and flag integrity violations.

Your data powers your dashboard analytics, AI feedback, and report generation. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers. We may share aggregate, anonymised metrics with your university or recruiter only if you opt in.

Recordings are stored in encrypted object storage and retained for the lifetime of your account. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@prepzo.space.

You can export, correct, or delete your data on request. We respond within 30 days. If you believe we're mishandling your data, you can contact us first or escalate to your local data protection authority.
